This initiative is a joint venture by two schizotypy researchers, Christine MOHR and Martin DEBBANE, who share the perspective that the field of schizotypy research is the only fully integrative, multidisciplinary framework for understanding typical and pathological manifestations of psychotic phenomena.

 

The Swiss National Science Foundation provided the initial funding for this project, followed by the generous contributions from the University of Lausanne and the University of Geneva. Support from the National Center of Competence in Research (NCCR) SYNAPSY "Synaptic bases of mental diseases" was also critical to the organization of this international event.
